How does DefySupply sell furniture at such low prices?

DefySupply partners with the world's top furniture manufactures to sell directly to our customers. There are no extra middle-men, markups, wholesalers or distributors. Our exclusive manufacturer relationships allow us to deliver the same high-end designs that you'll find at top retailers, at exceptionally competitive prices. Each piece of furniture is individually manufactured to meet your specifications and ships directly to you. Orders generally ship to our customers' door in 8-12 weeks with West Coast orders arriving sooner than East Coast orders. Compare this to other retailers who quote up to 16 weeks for out of stock or custom-made options.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders begin production 24 hours after being placed. If you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, you must do so within 24 hours of the order being placed.

What is your return policy?

Due to the size of our products, all sales are final. We make every effort to ensure you're getting just what you want and that you will love your product when it arrives. Every order includes a multi-step, personal inspection by our team prior to shipment to your home or business. We thoroughly inspect every piece of furniture to ensure product quality and ultimately, your satisfaction. If an item somehow arrives damaged, we will often be able to repair or reorder the item for free under our damage policy.

CUSTOMIZATION

Can I reverse the direction of my sectional?

All sectionals can be reversed so that the "L" faces the opposite direction at no extra charge. To select a reverse directional sofa, simply select the "reverse layout" option on the product page before proceeding to checkout.

Can I order a different size or color?

SHIPPING

I'd like to receive my order sooner. Can you expedite shipping?

If you need to receive an order sooner, check out our Closeout selection. These products are updated weekly and generally can be received within 1 to 3 weeks.

What's the cost of shipping beyond the continental U.S.?

Shipping is free to the 48 continental states! However, we can coordinate shipping to nearly anywhere in the world. Additional shipping and brokerage fees may apply. To learn more about shipment outside the 48 states, please call us at 1-800-899-1459.

How do you select manufacturers?

At DefySupply, our furniture is sourced from the world's top manufactures, each competing for your business. Every manufacturer undergoes a rigorous screening process on the basis of quality, reliability, history, management and selection. In fact, many of our manufactures supply the top, high-end retail brands.

I see that many of your products have large minimum orders. Can I place a smaller order?

There are two sections to the DefySupply website: Consumer and Wholesale. Wholesale products contain higher minimums. However, most often, wholesale products are also available in the consumer section. If you can't find what you're looking for, just give us a call at 1-800-899-1459.
