We received our sectional sofa in perfect condition.  Delivery and set up were exceptional except that it took over 2 months to get here.  The wait was worth it.  The pillows were a different design than what I had chosen, but the quality of the piece was worth the change.  I would order other products from DefySupply and have encouraged friends to do the same.
